PURPOSE AND CONTENT

This website is freely accessible for browsing and use by anyone who directly, or through external links, accesses it, agrees to its terms of use as set forth, and voluntarily navigates it using the available features (Authorized User).

Its aim is to publicly present the values/mottos guiding our professional activity, detail the services we offer, and share our view on certain legal issues of interest, selected unilaterally, to freely serve as a source of voluntary information for any Authorized User as described above, unrestrictedly according to the RESTRICTION RIGHTS section below (Unrestricted User).

• Redistributing/using/presenting in slanderous statements/suggesting or indicating aspects regarding illegal acts/existence of political/commercial affiliations/conflict of interest or aspects protected by professional secrecy or other rights, warranties, conditions, and legal limitations, regarding the lawyers within/collaborators of SAVIN GHIULFIDAN – Law Office or its clients.
• Any harm caused in any way, using the existing IT functions, to the clients of SAVIN Ghiulfidan - Law Office/website users or creating such a danger.
• Posting comments/content with inappropriate language, harming other users or the rights of disposition of the owner/author of the reference content.

Any damages caused to third parties through unauthorized use of this website fall under the direct and full responsibility of the perpetrator.
